We offer free domestic ground shipping on all US orders over $99, this includes all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii). You're responsible for the shipment fee on US domestic order under $99 or international shipping. Flat rate international shipping with UPS Worldwide or USPS Priority International is available to most countries around the world
Sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. Be sure to enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order. All transactions are charged in U.S. dollars.
Standard shipping in the US is 3-5 business days once the shipment has left our warehouse in California. Generally, customers on the west coast can expect to receive their order within 3 business days and customers on the east coast should expect the full 5 business days.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. In most cases we are able to make changes as long as the order has not shipped. If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days from delivery. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment, deducting shipping and handling.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. If your item was damaged upon receipt or if you believe the item you ordered has a manufacturer's defect, please reach out to Customer Service directly. We will accept returns of defective items within three months of purchase.

All of our products are made in China with an experienced manufacturer known for their high quality and craftsmanship. Our factory is committed to fair working hours/pay, proper living conditions, and strong workplace safety for our workers.
Please use a damp cloth and mild detergent or a disinfectant wipe to spot clean. Afterwards, hang dry outdoors or in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Do not machine wash your bag because this can lead to damage.
To disinfect our bags, you can use an alcohol-based wipe. If you’d like to use a disinfectant spray, please spray directly on a disposable paper towel (not directly on the Purevave product) and gently wipe down the surface.Make sure you let the product fully air dry before storing or using again. Don’t forget to wash your hands when you’re done cleaning!
Water-resistant, but not 100% waterproof! All of our bags are made water repellent treatment. However, "water-resistant" does not mean "waterproof" because the seams are not taped so water can still seep in under extended exposure to rain. While we wouldn’t recommend taking them swimming, you’ll be totally fine if you ever find yourself caught in the rain!
Yes! All Purevave products are backed by a lifetime guarantee to be free of defects in materials and construction. We repair or replace any items found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship at no charge to you and we cover the cost of shipping as well. The warranty applies to the original owner only and does not cover normal wear-and-tear or abuse.
